Reviews

Anyone with an Agensi account can review a skill.

• What you can write: 1 to 5 stars, an optional title up to 120 characters and a review up to 2,000. You can edit it later.
• Who can review: anyone signed in, except the skill's creator. Reviews from buyers carry a Verified Purchase badge.
• Where: on the skill page, or Dashboard → Library → Rate. After you use a skill, your agent may ask once how it did on a 1 to 5 scale and save your answer as a review.
• Publishing: reviews go live straight away. Reviews that look like spam are held back.
• Replies: creators can reply to your review. You get an email when they do.
