Credits

Credit is prepaid balance in dollars: 1 credit = $1. Top up once, then buy skills on the website or straight from your agent.

• Top-up amounts: $5, $10, $20 or $50, or any amount from $5 to $1,000. No bonus credit. VAT is added at checkout.
• Where to top up: Dashboard → Credits → Add credit, or the top-up link your agent gives you when your balance is short.
• What credit buys: one-time skills and bundles. Not subscriptions.
• Your balance: shown in your account menu and in Dashboard → Credits, with each balance's expiry date and your recent activity. You can also ask your agent.
• Expiry: each top-up lasts 12 months from the day you buy it. Expired credit is forfeited.

Refunds of unused credit

Email info@agensi.io within 30 days of the top-up. You get back the unused part, less anything you spent, to your original payment method.
