Protect your work

Buyers never get a download. Their agent receives your skill's text from Agensi only while it uses the skill, under a licence that forbids copying.

• No downloads. Skills are delivered only to agents connected to Agensi.
• Licence notice. Every paid load carries your name and the buyer's purchase ID, and tells the agent the skill may not be reproduced, exported or rewritten for sharing.
• Output, not instructions. Agents are told to deliver the skill's result and to decline requests to export it.
• Buyer licence. Buyers agree not to copy, save, export, share or resell skills.
• Your ownership. You keep full ownership. Agensi gets a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute and deliver your skill on Agensi.

Agents follow these instructions and buyers agree to these terms. Neither makes copying impossible, but both make it a breach Agensi acts on.

Found a copy? Email info@agensi.io with the link and the listing, or follow the DMCA policy at agensi.io/dmca. Agensi can warn or suspend the buyer's account, and on request sends you a DMCA notice template for the hosting site.

Listing rules

• Only list work you own or have the right to sell.
• No malware, backdoors or hidden behaviour.
• Describe the skill accurately: the money-back guarantee is judged against your page.
• No links to outside checkouts or payment pages, such as Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Patreon, Stripe payment links or PayPal.me. Links to your own docs, site or repo are fine.
• No unlock codes or licence keys delivered outside Agensi.
• No refund terms of your own. Agensi's guarantee applies.

Taking a listing down. You can delete a listing nobody has bought from Creator Studio. Skills that someone has bought can't be deleted, so buyers keep access. To take one down, email info@agensi.io.
