Stripe Payment Terms

Payment processing services on Agensi are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the "Stripe Services Agreement"). By agreeing to the Agensi Terms of Service or by continuing to operate as a subscriber, buyer, or skill creator on Agensi, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as it may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Agensi enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Agensi with accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Agensi to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
How Payments Work on Agensi
For Agensi Pro Subscribers
When you subscribe to Agensi Pro, your recurring payment is processed by Stripe using Stripe Subscriptions (not Stripe Connect). Agensi does not store your credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details on its servers. All payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.
Agensi Pro is available in two plans:
- Monthly: $9/month, billed monthly (launch price, normally $29 — locked in for life)
- Yearly: $90/year, billed annually (launch price, normally $348 — locked in for life)
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. The currency for all subscription transactions is US Dollars (USD). If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee. Agensi does not control or receive any portion of currency conversion fees.
For Buyers (Individual Purchases)
When you purchase a skill individually on Agensi, your payment is processed directly by Stripe. Agensi does not store your credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details on its servers. All payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.
Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods supported by Stripe in your region. The currency for all transactions on Agensi is US Dollars (USD). If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee. Agensi does not control or receive any portion of currency conversion fees.
For Skill Creators
To sell skills on Agensi, you must connect a Stripe account via Stripe Connect. By connecting your Stripe account, you enter into a direct agreement with Stripe under the Stripe Services Agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate identity and business information to Stripe as part of the verification process.
Creators earn revenue from two sources:
Individual skill purchases:
Agensi uses Stripe Connect to facilitate payments from buyers to creators. When a buyer purchases your skill individually, the payment flows through Stripe and is distributed as follows:
- 80% minus $0.50 is paid to the creator's connected Stripe account
- 20% + $0.50 is retained by Agensi as a platform fee (all-inclusive, covers payment processing)
Fee breakdown example for a $10.00 skill purchase:
- Buyer pays: $10.00
- Agensi platform fee (20% + $0.50): $2.50
- Creator receives: $7.50
All payment processing costs are included in the platform fee. Creators are never charged additional processing fees. The minimum price for paid skills is $5.00. At this price, the creator receives $3.50 per sale.
Agensi Pro subscription pool:
At the end of each calendar month, Agensi calculates total net subscription revenue (total subscription revenue collected that month minus all sale-related costs including Stripe processing fees). This net revenue is split as follows:
- 70% is allocated to the Creator pool
- 30% is retained by Agensi
The Creator pool is distributed proportionally based on each Creator's share of unique skill loads during that month. A unique skill load is one distinct subscriber loading one distinct skill for the first time that month. Repeat loads of the same skill by the same subscriber within the same month count once. All skills are weighted equally.
Payouts from both individual purchases and the subscription pool are processed to your connected Stripe account. Payout timing to your bank account varies by region and is subject to Stripe's standard payout schedule. You can view your payout schedule and history in your Stripe Dashboard.
Refunds
Subscription Refunds
Subscription refund requests are handled by Agensi on a case-by-case basis. Because Agensi Pro grants immediate access to digital content, refunds are not guaranteed. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the service, contact info@agensi.io within 14 days.
Individual Purchase Refunds
Refund requests for individual purchases are handled by Agensi, not directly by Stripe. Because skills are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are not guaranteed. If a skill is materially defective or does not match its listing description, you may request a refund by contacting info@agensi.io within 14 days of purchase.
If a refund is approved, Agensi will initiate the refund through Stripe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5 to 10 business days. Agensi is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, you should first contact Agensi at info@agensi.io so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. If you file a chargeback or dispute through your bank or card issuer, Stripe will notify Agensi and we will respond in accordance with the applicable card network rules. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate purchase or subscription may result in suspension of your Agensi account and revocation of MCP access.
Taxes
Agensi does not currently collect sales tax, VAT, or other transaction taxes on behalf of buyers, subscribers, or creators. You are responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations related to purchases or subscriptions you make or income you earn through the Platform, in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Stripe may provide tax reporting and documentation (such as 1099 forms for US-based creators) in accordance with applicable law. Consult a qualified tax advisor for questions about your specific obligations.
Data and Privacy
When you make a payment on Agensi, subscribe to Agensi Pro, or connect a Stripe account as a creator, Stripe collects and processes your personal and financial data in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy. Agensi receives limited transaction data from Stripe, including confirmation of payment, transaction amount, subscription status, and payer identity, which Agensi uses to fulfill orders, manage subscriptions, authenticate MCP access, prevent fraud, and manage the marketplace. Agensi does not receive or store full payment card numbers.

European Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, by completing a purchase or subscription on Agensi and receiving immediate access to the digital content, you acknowledge and consent to the loss of your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This consent is requested during the purchase or subscription process.
Stripe's Role
Stripe is an independent third-party payment processor. Agensi does not control Stripe's services, uptime, fees, or policies. Any issues related to Stripe's payment processing services — including payment failures, payout delays, or account verification — should be directed to Stripe Support. Agensi will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible but is not liable for Stripe's actions or omissions.
Changes to These Terms
Agensi may update these Stripe Payment Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to affected users. For active subscribers, material changes to payment terms will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Stripe may also independently update the Stripe Services Agreement. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the current version of the Stripe Services Agreement.
