Stripe Payment Terms

    Payment processing services on Agensi are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the "Stripe Services Agreement"). By agreeing to the Agensi Terms of Service or by continuing to operate as a buyer or skill creator on Agensi, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as it may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Agensi enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Agensi with accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Agensi to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

    How Payments Work on Agensi

    For Buyers

    Direct Purchases

    When you purchase a skill directly on Agensi, your payment is processed by Stripe. Agensi does not store your credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details on its servers. All payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.

    Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods supported by Stripe in your region. The currency for all transactions on Agensi is US Dollars (USD). If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee. Agensi does not control or receive any portion of currency conversion fees.

    Credit Subscriptions and Top-Ups

    Agensi offers recurring credit subscriptions and one-time credit top-up packs processed by Stripe.

    Two subscription tiers are available:

    • Starter: $9/month or $90/year (50 credits per month)
    • Pro: $19/month or $190/year (120 credits per month)

    One-time credit top-up packs are also available: $5 (25 credits), $15 (85 credits), and $50 (325 credits).

    Credits are added to your account balance upon successful payment. Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period. Unused subscription credits partially roll over to the next period (up to 15 for Starter, up to 35 for Pro). Rolled-over credits expire after one additional billing period if unused. Top-up credits expire 90 days after purchase.

    Credits can be spent on paid skills via the Agensi website or the Agensi MCP server. Each credit-based install grants permanent ownership of the skill, identical to a direct purchase.

    For Skill Creators

    To sell skills on Agensi, you must connect a Stripe account via Stripe Connect. By connecting your Stripe account, you enter into a direct agreement with Stripe under the Stripe Services Agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate identity and business information to Stripe as part of the verification process.

    Agensi uses Stripe Connect to facilitate payments from buyers to creators. Revenue is distributed differently depending on how the buyer acquired the skill.

    Direct Purchase Split

    When a buyer purchases your skill directly on the website, the payment flows through Stripe and is distributed as follows:

    • 80% minus $0.50 is paid to the creator's connected Stripe account
    • 20% + $0.50 is retained by Agensi as a platform fee (all-inclusive, covers payment processing)

    Credit Install Split

    When a buyer installs your skill using credits (via the website or MCP), the revenue split is calculated on net revenue after Stripe processing fees and applicable taxes:

    • 70% of net revenue is paid to the creator's connected Stripe account
    • 30% of net revenue is retained by Agensi

    The per-credit net value depends on the buyer's subscription tier or top-up pack. Credit earnings are aggregated monthly and transferred to your Stripe Connect account alongside direct purchase payouts.

    Fee Breakdown Examples

    Direct Purchase: $10.00 skill

    • Buyer pays: $10.00
    • Agensi platform fee (20% + $0.50): $2.50
    • Creator receives: $7.50

    Credit Install: $5.00 skill (25 credits, Pro subscriber)

    • Net revenue per credit (after Stripe fees and tax): ~$0.158
    • Net revenue for 25 credits: ~$3.95
    • Creator receives (70%): ~$2.77
    • Agensi retains (30%): ~$1.19

    All payment processing costs on direct purchases are included in the platform fee. Creators are never charged additional processing fees on direct purchases. On credit installs, Stripe fees and taxes are deducted before the 70/30 split is applied. The minimum price for paid skills is $5.00.

    Payouts to your bank account are processed by Stripe according to Stripe's standard payout schedule for your country. Payout timing varies by region and is subject to Stripe's policies. You can view your payout schedule and history in your Stripe Dashboard.

    Refunds

    Refund requests are handled by Agensi, not directly by Stripe. Because skills are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are not guaranteed.

    For direct purchases: if a skill is materially defective or does not match its listing description, you may request a refund by contacting info@agensi.io within 14 days of purchase.

    For credit-based installs: if a skill installed via credits is materially defective, contact info@agensi.io. If approved, credits may be refunded to your account balance.

    For credit subscriptions and top-ups: monetary refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because credits grant immediate access to digital content, refunds are not guaranteed. Contact info@agensi.io within 14 days of purchase.

    If a refund is approved, Agensi will initiate the refund through Stripe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5 to 10 business days. Agensi is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

    Disputes and Chargebacks

    If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, you should first contact Agensi at info@agensi.io so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. If you file a chargeback or dispute through your bank or card issuer, Stripe will notify Agensi and we will respond in accordance with the applicable card network rules. Filing a chargeback for a legitimately purchased skill or credit subscription may result in suspension of your Agensi account.

    Taxes

    Agensi does not currently collect sales tax, VAT, or other transaction taxes on behalf of buyers or creators. You are responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations related to purchases you make or income you earn through the Platform, in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Stripe may provide tax reporting and documentation (such as 1099 forms for US-based creators) in accordance with applicable law. Consult a qualified tax advisor for questions about your specific obligations.

    Data and Privacy

    When you make a payment on Agensi or connect a Stripe account as a creator, Stripe collects and processes your personal and financial data in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy. Agensi receives limited transaction data from Stripe, including confirmation of payment, transaction amount, and payer identity, which Agensi uses to fulfill orders, manage credit balances, calculate creator payouts, prevent fraud, and manage the marketplace. Agensi does not receive or store full payment card numbers.

    European Consumer Rights

    If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, by completing a purchase on Agensi and receiving immediate access to the digital content (whether a skill, credit subscription, or credit top-up), you acknowledge and consent to the loss of your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This consent is requested during the purchase process.

    Stripe's Role

    Stripe is an independent third-party payment processor. Agensi does not control Stripe's services, uptime, fees, or policies. Any issues related to Stripe's payment processing services, including payment failures, payout delays, or account verification, should be directed to Stripe Support. Agensi will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible but is not liable for Stripe's actions or omissions.

    Changes to These Terms

    Agensi may update these Stripe Payment Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to affected users. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    Stripe may also independently update the Stripe Services Agreement. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the current version of the Stripe Services Agreement.
