    A Claude Code skill for outcome-based roadmap planning. Gathers OKRs and planning context, places items in Now / Next / Later horizons, links each to an outcome, and flags items with no goal connection. Install SKILL.md in your Claude Code project. Triggers on: "build a roadmap", "help me plan the roadmap", "Now Next Later", "quarterly roadmap", "roadmap planning". What it does: - Refuses to build a roadmap without at least one stated outcome (intentionally) - Places your epics and features across Now / Next / Later with rationale - Links every item to a goal — flags anything that doesn't connect - Adapts time horizons to your planning cycle (quarterly, half-year, annual) - Outputs Notion-ready or Jira-ready structured roadmap The rule it enforces: if an item doesn't connect to any stated goal, it gets flagged — not silently included.
