What it does
- Defines a weighted rubric across firmographics, digital maturity, buying signals and reachability, with the weights visible rather than hidden in a model.
- Scores each lead 0 to 100 and buckets them into now, nurture and drop, with the reason per score.
- Flags disqualifiers early: no website, wrong sector, out of region, no reachable decision maker.
- Outputs a ranked CSV plus a short why-this-lead line you can paste into the first mail.

Known limitations
The rubric is a starting point tuned to Belgian SME web and automation work, and the weights need calibrating on your own booked-call data. It scores fit, not intent, so it cannot tell you when a company is about to buy.
