Customer Question Map: HighPoint Roofing (Orlando, FL)
1. The Gap Report
We found 52 unique questions customers are asking about roofing in Orlando. Your current website answers 4 of these. The biggest gap: you have no content addressing hurricane-specific emergency repairs or solar-compatible roofing, which came up 14 times across Reddit, Google and competitor reviews.
2. Questions Routed by Home
| Question | Source | Routing | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| How long does a roof replacement take in Orlando? | PAA [local] | Service Page FAQ | Transactional timing question. |
| Can you patch a shingle roof after a hurricane? | Reddit [local] | Service Page + Post | High-intent, requires technical detail. |
| Is a metal roof worth the cost in Florida heat? | Autocomplete | Blog Post | Informational/Research phase. |
| What does a roof leak look like in the attic? | Short Video | Visual "show me" intent. | |
| Do I need a permit for minor roof repairs in FL? | PAA [local] | Service Page FAQ | Legal/Compliance barrier to sale. |
3. The Worries (Fear vs. Trust)
Fear: "The contractor disappeared after the first storm." ->
Trust FAQ: Our 'Hurricane Response Guarantee' ensures we are on-site within 24 hours for past clients.
Fear: "Hidden fees added at the end for debris removal." ->
Trust FAQ: All quotes include permit fees and complete site cleanup. No hidden line items.
Fear: "Nails left in the driveway popped my tires." ->
Trust FAQ: We use magnetic sweeps three times daily to ensure your driveway is safe.

About this skill
Point it at a trade and a town — plus, optionally, a business name and website — and it harvests the questions real customers ask from Google's People-also-ask boxes, Google autocomplete, Reddit, and the business's own Google reviews. Read-only page viewing with a browser tool; no paid SEO tools, no API keys.
What the report contains
- A one-paragraph pitch with the gap count ("your site answers 4 of the 52 questions we found")
- Every question routed to its home — service-page FAQ, service page plus full post, its own blog post, or a short video — with source and reason
- Worries — fears from bad reviews turned into trust FAQs that head them off
- Top 5 to write first — which becomes your quote
- An honest sources line, so nobody oversells the sample
Why it works
Many of these questions have zero recorded search volume, so keyword tools never show them — yet AI search answers tend to recommend whichever local business answers the most of them. The rules keep it defensible on a sales call: no invented volumes, no ranking promises, no quoting reviewers, no jargon in the client-facing text.
Requires a browser tool your agent can drive (e.g. Claude in Chrome). Nothing is posted anywhere.
Use cases
- Send a local service business a free door-opener report instead of another "I can help your SEO" email
- Research phase for a paid FAQ and blog content build — the Top 5 list becomes the quote
- Show an existing client exactly which customer questions their site ignores
- Turn competitors' bad reviews into trust FAQs for your client
