Title: Rockstar Developer Ninja We want a young, energetic digital native to join our fast-paced team! Requirements: 10+ years React (must), CS degree required, native English speaker. Interview will ask about your family plans and age to assess fit.
Sample output
VERDICT: HOLD SUMMARY: Multiple bias and risky-question signals; do not post until reviewed. BIASED / EXCLUSIONARY LANGUAGE: - "young, energetic digital native" signals age preference. - "native English speaker" can be national-origin exclusionary; use "fluent in English." REQUIREMENTS & CLARITY: - "10+ years React" is implausible and likely deters qualified applicants. - "CS degree required" may be unnecessary if skills are demonstrable. RISKY QUESTIONS: - Asking about "family plans" and "age" touches protected characteristics; reconsider. INCLUSIVITY & ACCESSIBILITY: - No salary range, accommodations note, or equal-opportunity statement. COMPLETENESS & DISCLOSURE: - No location/work model or application instructions. FIX FIRST: - Remove age/family questions and "young/native" language. - Right-size requirements; add pay range and EEO statement. NOTE: This is a bias-and-clarity aid, not legal advice. For employment-law questions, consult a qualified professional.

About This Skill
The Hiring & Job-Description Quality Gate is an adversarial reviewer for hiring content: job descriptions, job-ad copy, screening questions, and candidate-facing messages. You hand it a draft you are about to post or send — often AI-generated or pulled from an old template — and it reads it the way a careful, inclusive recruiter would. It runs five passes — biased/exclusionary language, risky questions, requirements & clarity, inclusivity & accessibility, and completeness & disclosure — and returns a structured POST / REVISE / HOLD verdict with line-level flags and the highest-impact fixes first. It helps you catch the wording that quietly shrinks your applicant pool or creates risk, before the posting goes public. It judges; it does not write. It never drafts or rewrites job descriptions, sources or screens candidates, or makes hiring decisions. Crucially, it is not a lawyer and does not give legal advice — its risky-question flags are prompts for human review, not legal rulings.
Use Cases
- Reviewing a job description for biased language before posting it publicly
- Vetting a list of interview questions for risky or protected-topic questions
- Checking a job ad for inflated requirements and missing pay range before launch
Known Limitations
It is not a lawyer and does not give legal advice. Its risky-question and bias flags are prompts for human review, not legal rulings, and it does not know every jurisdiction's employment law or pay-transparency rules. It reviews one piece of hiring content at a time, does not write or rewrite job descriptions, and cannot source, screen, or evaluate candidates. It cannot catch every form of bias and should not be the sole reviewer for high-stakes postings. Quality depends on the content and any policy notes you provide.

Read-only access is the only permission this skill needs. It reads the single piece of hiring content you provide and returns flagged issues and questions. It never writes files, connects to a network, posts anything, or runs commands — nothing leaves your environment and no candidate data is stored or transmitted.
Model-agnostic and works with any assistant that can read a file or pasted text. Pure reasoning over the content you provide — it requests read-only access and has no network or write access, so nothing is posted or sent anywhere. Paste a job description, ad, or question list and it returns a structured verdict. It is a bias-and-clarity aid, not a substitute for an employment-law professional.
