    A beautiful website without a legal layer isn't finished — and a compliance "checklist" that never actually looks at your site isn't a check. This skill executes, on your machine, for German/EU law (status 07/2026).

    THE COCKPIT — One start screen, two missions. A dark command-deck UI (sidebar, status ring, language-aware DE/EN logo, four languages: DE/EN/中文/日本語) launches either: • CHECK A LIVE SITE — type a URL and the cockpit inspects the site itself, through a local scan server (Node.js, bound to 127.0.0.1 only, watchdog-supervised, zero cloud contact). Result: a report rendered right in the page, with severity-graded findings and evidence quoted from your site. • PLAN A NEW WEBSITE — a guided 8-step builder that ends with a real, downloadable website.zip: compliant structure, Impressum and Datenschutzerklärung scaffolds included.

    Prefer not to run a server? Drop a single HTML file or a ZIP of your site build onto the cockpit — analyzed entirely in the browser by a built-in offline ZIP reader. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

    THE ENGINE (expert-reviewed, not free-styled) — Two-stage test per technology: §25 TDDDG first, then Art. 6 GDPR. 17 norm mappings: every finding cites its provision. A 7-section report (Executive Summary, Detected Components, Findings with severity, Missing Information, Recommended Fixes, Implementation Brief, Legal Review Required). German legal layer, status 07/2026: DDG/TDDDG terminology, the 2025 BGH cease-and-desist case law, merchant-of-record scenarios, Data Privacy Framework volatility with the SCC fallback, plus ready-made German text blocks.

    OPTIONAL AI SECOND OPINION — Bring your own Anthropic API key (stored locally only, sent only to api.anthropic.com) and the cockpit adds a Claude second-opinion section to your report. No claude.ai visit. Everything else works without any key.
