Triage this change request against our contract. Site accepted on 2026-09-21, request came on 2026-10-08.

Client: "1. The contact form doesn't seem to send anything anymore.
    2. On my iPhone the prices on the Menu page overlap the dish names.
    3. Could we add online ordering for celebration cakes, pick a cake, a date and pay by card (Stripe)?
    4. It would be great to have our Instagram feed on the home page, the latest 6 posts.
    5. Also the site feels slow on my phone, can you make it faster?"

Contract: pasted below (sections 1.1 to 6.1, 30-day warranty after acceptance).

    Client reply (excerpt):

    Hi Maya,

Fixed free under the warranty (agreement §4.2, you're well inside the 30 days):
    - Contact form: submissions should reach info@fernhill.example (§1.2). We'll find out why they don't and fix it.

New work, quoted separately (§1.6 and §5.1):
    - Online cake ordering with date choice and Stripe card payment: USD 1,560.
    - Instagram feed (latest 6 posts) on the Home page: USD 270.
    Total for both: USD 1,830.

    To check first:
    - Menu prices overlapping on iPhone: which iOS version are you on? On iOS 17 or later this is covered by the warranty and we'll fix it free. On an older version it would be USD 120.
    - Speed on mobile: the agreement doesn't set a speed target. A general speed optimisation would be USD 600, with a before/after target we'd agree on first.

    About this skill

Change Request Triage is for freelancers and small studios who get a list of "small changes" after launch and need a fair answer: which items you fix for free, which ones are new work, and what to charge.

Paste the client's message and your contract or SOW. The skill splits the request into separate items and classifies each one three times, independently: a defect (it works differently from what was agreed), a change (new or different from what was agreed), or unclear (the contract is silent). Every verdict quotes the exact clause it relies on, word for word. When no clause fits, the item stays unclear and you get suggested wording to agree with the client.

For paid items it estimates an hour range and explains what drives it. Give it your codebase path and it reads the real code first, read-only. Then it aims for at least four recent job posts or service listings for the same kind of work in your market, opens each one and records the price, date and link. Some marketplaces block automated fetches, so the count can come out lower, and the skill says so.

Your price comes from your hours and your rate, checked against the market range. A separate honesty review re-checks the quotes, links, sums and item count before you see anything.

You get a short, polite reply for the client in their language, an internal table and an optional HTML report.

Network use: the market check runs through your agent's own web search and fetch tools. Search queries describe the generic task only and never include your client's name, contract text or code. The skill ships no scripts, and nothing from the skill is saved on your machine: your agent loads it from Agensi as text. Your own settings live in ~/.change-request-triage/config.md or in the chat. Any currency. Not legal advice.

Before the project starts, the free Website Estimate Questions helps you ask the right things before you quote.
