Campaign Architect

You have one line of premise and a table expecting to play. This skill turns that line into a campaign a stranger could run tonight: a canon bible, a chapter skeleton, populated chapters, and every cross-reference resolving.

It asks six intake questions one at a time — name, length, premise, party level band, tone, language

• then works through six phases. It writes canon.md, setting.md and index.md, builds the

chapter map before any prose, then writes chapters sequentially. Along the way it fills npcs.md, bestiary.md, encounters.md and quests.md, anchored to chapter and area IDs.

What makes it different from a chatbot prompt is the gate. A phase is finished only when its checklist passes: every faction has a goal and a resource, every chapter changes the world state, every stat block passes its challenge-rating audit, every internal link resolves. The skill reports each gate result instead of quietly continuing past a failure. Canon is law: every entity is created in canon.md before another file names it, so two names for one thing are treated as a bug.

Honest limits: it writes markdown files, not a typeset book, and it never invents rules outside the 5th Edition SRD — anything else is labelled a table ruling. A full campaign takes many turns; this is not a single-shot generator.
