✅ Agent Task Completion Gate

Agent Task Completion Gate turns a long-running agent assignment into an inspectable closure decision. Supply one normalized local packet containing the objective, required and optional rows, current statuses, evidence references, dependencies, artifacts, and any claimed terminal state. The deterministic helper checks for unfinished required work, unsupported completion claims, incomplete dependencies, missing evidence, missing artifacts, checksum drift, and supposed blockers that are only difficulty or elapsed time. It returns a machine-readable result, completion ledger, findings CSV, exact remaining-work handoff, and SHA-256 receipt. It makes no network request and never performs the external action represented by an account, payment, publication, identity, legal, correspondence, or owner-approval boundary.
