João Alves Marrucho

I'm a designer and programmer with two decades of multi-disciplinary experience shaping new visions. I'm a founding partner of Patio, a design firm specialised in technology, and strategy solutions. I’m a service designer. My job is to design how people experience a service from start to finish — not just the product itself, but all the steps, touchpoints, and interactions around it. I make sure it works smoothly for users and efficiently for the organisation.
