Whatsapp Campaign Operator

A campaign goal and an audience segment list go in. Out come: (1) a platform-compliant broadcast plan, (2) template message drafts built to be reviewable, (3) a follow-up sequence for responders and non-responders, and (4) an anti-spam send calendar. This skill plans and drafts. It does not send messages, call any API, configure an account, or handle credentials or tokens of any kind.

Ask these five questions if the answers are not already in the request. Do not draft a plan before you have at least questions 1–3.

1. Business type: e-commerce, local services, education / courses, or community / events? (Another type is fine — name it.)
2. Campaign goal: what single outcome should this campaign produce — a delivered order update, a repeat purchase, a booking, a re-activation, an attendance reminder, or something else?
3. Audience opt-in status and size: how did these people agree to receive WhatsApp messages from this business, when, and roughly how many are in this segment? If there is no clear opt-in, stop here and go to Mode 1's refusal path — do not proceed to templates.
4. Language and market: Bahasa Indonesia, English, Spanish, or Portuguese — and which country or region? Tone defaults differ by market; see references/adaptation-table.md.
5. Template category: utility (tied to an existing transaction or account action the user already expects) or marketing (promotion, offer, re-engagement, announcement)? If unsure, classify by the test in references/policy-essentials.md §3 before drafting.
