This skill summarizes scattered work records into a structured weekly project report, sorting out the key points, data, and risks at once, and turns "writing weekly reports" from one hour to five minutes.

What it does

Provide structured summary capabilities around project weekly reports: first collect this week's work records (completed items, ongoing items, data changes, problems encountered), and then organize the output according to "conclusion first": this week's core progress, key data, risks and obstructions, matters requiring decision-making, and next week's plan.
