Example session with this skill installed

I just installed website-build-skill in this project. List the project skills, invoke website-build-skill through your native skill mechanism, tell me which of its files you read, and tell me what its first job is before anything gets built. Do not write any files yet.

    • Read your context and instructions
    • Compiled the website build

(Real Claude Code run, 2026-09-24, Claude Opus. Receipt: github.com/aunysillyme/website-build-skill/blob/main/docs/evidence/host-trial-claude-code-2026-09-24.json)

    1. Skills

    • Project-scoped (.claude/skills/): website-build-skill (the only one there).

    2. Invocation

    • Entrypoint: .claude/skills/website-build-skill/SKILL.md
    • How I checked: I opened each file and read its first 3 lines. I read prompts/00-start.md in full.

    Asset files it names:

    • READ: manifest.json

    READ: prompts/00-start.md, 01-website-deep-research.md, 03-extract-brand-kit.md, 04-three-mockups.md, 05-stack-and-build.md, 06-site-audit.md, 07-accessibility-contrast.md, 08-seo-aeo.md, 09-security-headers.md, 10-adversarial-pre-ship.md, 11-ship-and-verify.md, 12-web-design-team.md, 13-coding-research.md

    • READ: playbooks/research-and-memory.md

    READ: checklists/research.md, brand-and-mockups.md, build.md, code-quality.md, accessibility.md, performance-seo.md, security.md, ship.md

    READ: templates/brief.md, brand.md, tokens.json, evidence.md, handoff.yaml, audit-brief.md, site-operations.md, status.md

    3. First job

    • Researcher goes first.

Step one: set the ASK DATE (the date the work starts). It must not come from asking you or from model knowledge. The rule and the fallback steps for finding it are in playbooks/research-and-memory.md#ask-date-rule. The date, which step found it and the raw evidence go in site-work/research/library/scope.md.

Must produce first: the saved research library at site-work/research/library/, with a receipt for each source fetched. Its gate (research.md AD01-AD08, R01-R06, plus a check-library pass) must pass before any other job starts.

with a receipt for each source fetched. Its gate (research.md

Connects securely to your tools. The creator never sees your data.

    About this skill

The problem: an AI builds websites from what it remembered at training time: dated frameworks, generic layouts, and missed accessibility, speed and security basics.

What you get: research instructions that make your AI look up what is current on the day you ask, plus design, coding, accessibility, performance, search and security playbooks and checklists it follows on every site.

    Twelve stages, every site

Research, Learn, Ingest, Scope, Match, Mock, Choose, Build, Prove, Protect, Challenge, Ship. Your AI researches before it designs, shows you three visual mockups before writing site code, and checks before it ships.

    What your AI learns

    • Research: current sources across fourteen domains, with source dates, evidence and stale-claim rechecks.
    • Brand and design: brand token extraction and three desktop and mobile directions compared on hierarchy, type and composition.
    • Graphics and image rights: intended-use rights, responsive crops and formats, alt-text intent.
    • Stacks and code: the smallest fitting stack (static HTML, a static builder or a framework), validated content records, safe shared templates.
    • Accessibility: semantic structure, keyboard and screen-reader journeys, computed contrast, reflow and reduced motion.
    • Performance: route budgets, repeatable Lighthouse runs, lab vs field data, image, font and script costs.
    • Search and answer engines: SEO and AEO through visible answers, truthful structured data, canonical URLs, sitemaps and llms.txt.
    • Security headers: CSP and headers tailored to real resources, tested with the policy enforced.
    • Hosting and release: exact release artifacts, live route checks, rollback, and review by a different model family before ship.

    Two ways to work

    1. Teach my AI: one AI learns everything and does every job. Works with any AI.
    2. Give me the team: seven specialist roles, starting with a researcher that gets them all current.

Inside the pack: 14 prompts, 12 playbooks, 8 checklists, 7 roles, templates and worked examples. MIT licensed, open source, also installable with npx website-build-skill.

    How to use

Skills on Agensi run inside your AI agent. Copy the prompt, paste it into your agent, and it connects to Agensi and installs this skill for you. If a payment is needed, your agent shows it to you first.
