Video Repurpose Engine

Splits the work the way it should be split: scripts do the mechanics (timestamp parsing, window scoring, SRT rebasing, ffmpeg command generation), you do the intelligence (choosing which windows are actually good, writing the narration arc). The output is a complete production package — not a suggestion list.

• Only repurpose content the user owns or is authorized to reuse. If the source is someone else's video, confirm authorization before proceeding.
• Scripts never run ffmpeg or download anything — they emit commands and files the user runs themselves.
• Clip scores are a heuristic ranking aid, not a guarantee of virality. Always apply judgment: a boring-but-well-scored window loses to a great moment that scored lower.
• Do not fabricate transcript content. Script rewrites must preserve what was actually said — punch up delivery, never invent claims.

Accept any of: .srt, .vtt, or plain .txt. If the user only has a video file/URL, options (user's own environment):

• yt-dlp --write-auto-sub --sub-format vtt --skip-download <url> for YouTube subs
• faster-whisper / any local whisper for audio transcription
• The user pastes a transcript directly.
