Our Telegram support group is overwhelmed. Can you turn the last 200 messages into tickets, categorize them, and tell me which three features we should build to reduce the volume?

    • Read your context and instructions
    • Compiled the truedesk

I imported the Telegram export and classified all 200 messages: 142 questions, 58 chatter. The 142 questions grouped into 9 categories; I hand-checked a sample of 20 enriched titles against the original messages (titles use facts from the question only).

Three fixes, ranked by tickets they remove

Self-serve password reset: removes about 42 asks (30% of questions). Checked on localhost: the reset route exists but is admin-only (routes/web.php:112).
    2.

Download invoice PDF on the billing page: removes about 31 asks. The invoice data is already in the invoices table; only the button and PDF view are missing.
    3.

Fix the duplicate phone-number error: removes about 18 asks. Reproduced on localhost: the unique index rejects the user's own current number on save.

The Export button already exists (Reports, top right, admin role), so HD-2026-0004 gets an FAQ entry instead of a build.

    Next steps

    1. Approve the three fixes as separate build tasks; nothing has been changed in the code.
    2. Approve the FAQ entries for the top 4 issues, each with a source link.
    3. If you want the group ingested hourly, I'll add the job with a liveness alert, or we keep importing exports by hand.

    About this skill

A client asks "can the system do this?" and the answer comes from memory, which is three releases old. The same five questions arrive in the group chat every week, nobody tracks them, and the project ends with no backup and no handover. Ask your agent to "help me answer this client question" and Truedesk syncs the code first, checks the real behaviour on localhost, answers short with the steps and a screenshot, and turns what keeps repeating into tickets, an FAQ and fixes users can do themselves.

    Why it's different

    • Answers from the system, not from memory: every answer cites a code path or a localhost check on an up-to-date main branch.
    • Hands off upstream code: answer work never edits, pushes or branches the client's main. Missing features are logged as requests, not quietly built.
    • Fewer tickets, not just faster replies: tickets are mined into a ranked improvement plan, an FAQ with a source link per answer, and self-serve fixes.
    • Built from real projects: 19 failures that actually happened, each with its guard.

    What it does

    • Verified answers: sync, grep the route, query and policy, reproduce on localhost, then answer in the asker's language with steps and a screenshot.
    • Ticket queue: HD-YYYY-NNNN tickets with categories and a KPI view. Works by pasting questions; ingesting a Telegram, WhatsApp or Slack group with a bot is optional.
    • FAQ and self-serve: top issues by ticket count, one canonical answer each, an FAQ page and an issue guide PDF per audience.
    • Weekly 3P update: Progress, Plans, Problems, readable in under a minute, with real numbers.
    • Clean close: backup first, bulk close, jobs off, handover pack with README, changelog, successor roadmap and feature list.

    How it works

    1. Take the question as pasted, or from a chat group.
    2. Sync and check the real behaviour on localhost.
    3. Answer short with steps, a screenshot and how to verify it.
    4. Ticket what repeats, then mine tickets into an FAQ and fixes.
    5. Report weekly and close cleanly when the season or project ends.

    Frameworks & tools

Git, your app's own stack and test suite (Pest/PHPUnit, Vitest, Playwright), Playwright for screenshots, pandoc or WeasyPrint for guide PDFs. Optional: a Telegram bot and a scheduled job with a liveness alert.

    Use cases

    • Agencies and freelancers supporting a live client system.
    • A helpdesk group chat that needs to become a tracked queue.
    • Cutting repeat tickets with an FAQ and self-serve features.
    • Handing a project to a successor team without losing anything.

    Known limitations

It answers about systems you can run locally. It does not change upstream code during answer work; building a missing feature is a separate, approved task. Live bugs with stack traces belong in a debugging workflow.
