One TODO.md for all your projects, written so that any entry can be resumed weeks later.
How it works
- "Drop a TODO": the agent records the project, what to do, why, the files involved and acceptance criteria, asks for anything missing instead of writing placeholders, and assigns an ID such as TODO-WEB-003.
- "Do TODO-WEB-003": it reads the entry and starts working from the recorded context, without asking you to explain again.
- Finished or cancelled entries move to an Archive section with a date; nothing is deleted.
- Secrets never go into the file; entries record where a key lives instead.
Includes the entry template and a starter TODO.md.
