About this skill
Your agent becomes a building designer. From a brief ("single-storey house, 3 bedrooms, open kitchen") it lays out a complete building scene, checks it with a deterministic verifier — construction defects and French building rules, with the exact fix for each alert — and only then produces what the user needs:
- Dimensioned DXF for AutoCAD and most CAD software
- IFC 4 model for Revit, ArchiCAD, BlenderBIM
- Printable sheets and a numbered drawing set (A3/A1, title blocks, revisions)
- Quantities (floor areas, wall lengths, paint and tiling surfaces) and a cost estimate
- Schedules (doors, windows, rooms), energy, sunlight and planning-rule checks
- A French building-permit file (Cerfa 13406 pieces) and a 4D site schedule
- A 4K walkthrough and an interactive virtual tour
The skill tells the agent the order that matters (start from an example or a brief, check, fix, then produce), the scene format (millimetres, walls at the root) and what never to promise: the verifier is not a certification, cost and energy are estimates, and above 150 m² of floor area a French permit needs an architect.
