About this skill
Spreadsheet Formula Change Auditor creates a read-only, cell-level logic diff between an authoritative before workbook and a candidate after workbook. The deterministic local helper detects formulas replaced by values, removed, added, or changed formulas, relative-reference family outliers, #REF! formulas, new same-sheet dependency cycles, defined-name drift, hidden-sheet changes, external-link package changes, and manual calculation mode. It returns a change ledger, sheet summary, release gate, and review memo without opening Excel, recalculating, running macros, refreshing connections, or modifying either file.
