Let the next session continue the work

Use this Skill when opening a new session, switching accounts or coding tools, completing meaningful work, or reaching a blocker. Important project context belongs in the repository so it can be checked without the old chat.

On resumption

Read existing goals, decisions, status, changes, and handoff notes. Compare them with actual source files and available Git state. Locate the next known task or blocker and advance safe, clear work instead of asking a vague direction question. Reconstruct the state from project facts if handoff notes are missing.

At a checkpoint

Update existing equivalent project documentation, or keep PROJECT.md, STATUS.md, CHANGES.md, and HANDOFF.md under .soloweave/context/. Record meaningful changes, actual verification commands and results, unresolved issues, and the next action. Do not invent changes or report unrun tests as passed.
