Out come: (1) ten first-3-seconds hook variants across five patterns, (2) a per-act retention structure, and (3) a score per retention element — plus a pacing check from the bundled script. This is a doctor, not a generator: diagnosis first, then the rewrite, then the score that proves what changed.
Ask these five questions if the answers are not already in the request. Do not produce hooks before you have at least questions 1-3.
- Niche: education, comedy, business, product review, or other?
- Platform: TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts?
- Language: English, Bahasa Indonesia, mixed, or other?
- Tone and audience: who exactly is this for, and how should it sound — direct, warm, dry, formal, playful?
- Constraints: target length in seconds, talking-to-camera or demonstration, anything to sell, anything that must not be claimed?
