Casual product photos can make strong products look unready for sale: handling wrinkles, distracting apartment backgrounds, uneven lighting, inconsistent crops, and soft detail shots reduce buyer confidence. Preparing a consistent image set for each marketplace is slow—and generic AI prompts can unintentionally change the product itself.

What ShopShot does

• Turns real apparel and accessory photos into a truthful, listing-ready image set for Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Shopee, Taobao, eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Vinted, Carousell, Vestiaire Collective, Mercari, and more.
• Asks which platform you are publishing to, then applies the appropriate output dimensions, crop direction, and safe margins. Where a platform has no published pixel requirement, it uses a clearly labelled high-resolution production preset.
• Asks you to choose the background before generating: pure white, light gray, an exact brand HEX/RGB color, a confirmed scene, or a verified platform standard. It never assumes white.
• Gently reduces accidental handling wrinkles while preserving the real garment’s color, silhouette, stitching, texture, print, logo, trim, pockets, and construction.
• Creates a four-image set per SKU: a primary image, a real alternate/back/side view when supplied (or a clearly disclosed front-derived alternate), plus two automatically selected high-resolution detail images.
• Creates detail images from your original source photos—not a blurry crop of an AI-generated main image—and checks that the detail is sharp enough to be useful.
• Supports consistent batch production across multiple SKUs, with shared background color, lighting, crop style, naming, and output rules.

Built for truthful selling

ShopShot treats your original photos as the source of truth. It does not invent hidden back designs, labels, graphics, materials, or product features. For resale marketplaces, it switches to a resale-truthful workflow: stains, fading, pilling, scratches, repairs, and other condition evidence are never removed or disguised. When relevant, a clear condition-detail image takes priority.

Why this beats prompting it yourself

A one-off prompt may produce an attractive image but still alter a logo, garment shape, print, color, or texture. ShopShot uses a structured workflow: source-quality check, platform and background confirmation, truthful editing rules, high-resolution detail checks, and seller approval before final delivery.

Approval and delivery

ShopShot presents previews for your approval before finalizing. After approval, it packages only the approved final images into one ZIP file and provides a downloadable link.

Known limitations

Requires an AI agent with image editing or generation capability and the user’s own image-generation credits or subscription. It does not create model try-ons from garment-only photos, remove third-party watermarks, or fabricate unclear product details. If the original image is too soft, incomplete, or cannot support a truthful close-up, ShopShot will request a better source photo instead of producing a misleading result.
