About this skill
The only Agensi skill that scores an SEO plan with a deterministic script before you fund it, not after traffic fails to show up.
Most SEO plans fail for predictable reasons: keywords far above the site's authority, two pages fighting for one keyword, 30 AI pages a month from a team that can finish 4, bought links, or an ROI that never closes. Paste a plan, agency proposal or content calendar, and the skill turns it into plan.json + keywords.csv, then runs score_plan.py:
- 10-lens panel, 100 points: business goal, keyword-intent fit, difficulty vs authority, content architecture/cannibalization, technical, links, AI-search/AEO readiness, measurement, capacity, risk & ROI.
- Hard caps you can't argue away: paid links/PBNs → max 55, scaled unedited AI pages → max 65, no break-even → max 79.
- Forecast: 12-month clicks, conversions and value vs cost (team hours costed), with an AI Overview CTR haircut by intent, plus the break-even month.
- Top fixes ranked by points recovered, then a v1 → v2 rewrite loop.
- Outputs: report.md, scorecard.json, forecast.csv, a one-screen HTML scorecard.
Same plan in = same score out. Every assumption (CTR curve, KD reach margin, hours per page) is editable JSON. No API keys and no scraping; it runs offline on Python 3.8+. Includes a real worked example (25.8 D → 79 B) and 14 self-tests.
