Answer a short intake — your goal or target role, experience level, domain interest, hands-on-vs-theory preference, budget, and timeline — and it returns a ranked primary recommendation with rationale, one or two alternatives, and where each cert sits in a longer career roadmap.

It catalogs around fifty certifications across the offensive/red-team, blue-team/SOC, cloud-security, GRC/compliance, and foundational tracks, with durable metadata (issuer, level, exam format, what it proves) and a link to each official exam page for the details that change. Use it when you're starting out and don't know where to begin, when you're weighing two certs (OSCP vs CEH, CISSP vs CISM), or when you want a sequenced path instead of collecting certs at random.

Honest by design: recommendations are driven by your needs, not vendor affiliation — there is no financial incentive shaping the output. It's advisory only — it points you to the right cert and tells you where to verify current cost, dates, and passing scores, but it doesn't teach the exam content or provide braindumps, and it can't guarantee a pass, a job, or a salary. Its focus is security certifications; general IT and project-management certs are out of scope.
