Free, lite edition of the Secret Leak Scan skill. Point it at a project directory you own before committing: it statically scans every file for the four most common leaked credential types — AWS access key IDs, GitHub personal access tokens, Slack tokens, and PEM private-key blocks.
Every finding reports the credential type, file, line, and a masked fingerprint — raw secret values are never emitted. Exit code 1 on findings, so it drops straight into a pre-commit hook or CI step. Node 18+, zero dependencies.
The full version adds .asar bundle scanning (Electron apps), Stripe live keys, Google API keys, fine-grained GitHub PATs, a complete triage-and-rotation workflow, git-history cleanup steps, and a CI gate recipe.
