Search Change Proof — On-Page SEO QA
Example session with this skill installed
Illustrative fictional request: “For the /pricing page, change the canonical to https://example.test/pricing. Verify the rendered local preview, and do not deploy.”
- Read your context and instructions
- Compiled the search change proof
Illustrative report format only; no real site was changed or inspected.
Ticket: canonical correction for the fictional /pricing page. Desired postcondition: the rendered canonical link points to https://example.test/pricing. The receipt would first record the current response URL and canonical value, then identify the source file or CMS entry and make only the authorized change. It would build or preview the page, inspect the rendered DOM, and cite the observed canonical value with a time and environment. If the preview still shows the old canonical, the local gate fails and the report stops.
Because this request explicitly excludes deployment, the deployed URL remains unobserved even if the local preview later passes. Google indexed status and selected canonical remain unobserved until an authorized indexed URL Inspection result is available. Search ranking and traffic remain unobserved pending dated measurements. The next check after an authorized release is to inspect the deployed response and rendered canonical independently, then compare the search engine's indexed view later. This example shows the evidence layers and wording; it is not a claim that a local build, deployment, or Search Console query was run.

About this skill
An SEO audit can tell you what to change. Search Change Proof helps finish one page fix and show what actually shipped.
Give it a known URL and a specific recommendation, such as a title, description, canonical, robots directive, or structured-data correction. It records the baseline, checks the rendered local preview, and inspects the deployed URL when release access is available. The result is a dated receipt with the exact value observed at each stage and clear labels for anything still unverified.
It can use an agent's existing project, browser, HTTP, deployment, or Search Console tools, subject to the user's authorization. The skill supplies no MCP server, credentials, analytics feed, or automatic publishing action. A live page check does not prove search indexing, ranking, traffic gain, or the snippet a search engine will show.
