SCOUT Recon: Their Words, Not Yours

Marketing copy fails when it describes the problem in the seller's vocabulary. This captures the market's own words instead, and the first rule sets the standard: their words, not yours.

It makes you walk a thread before quoting from it, because a single comment pulled out of context will mislead you confidently. Two hard rules bind the capture. Section 4 reads the room before you enter it, and section 5 handles the part most research skips: verify what you can, and mark what you can't, rather than letting an unverified line pass as established.

The output is the Pains and Rooms sections of the recon pack, which is what the drafting and channel skills read from.

This is one of the six SCOUT skills. It reads and writes the shared .monkeys/ pack, so it works on its own and works better alongside the rest.
