Scope Change Desk gives freelancers and small agencies a focused workflow for changes to an existing project. Supply the agreed scope and the new request. The skill separates the request into individual items, links each conclusion to the supplied evidence, and marks it INCLUDED, EXTRA or CLARIFY.

When you provide estimates and billing terms, it builds an incremental cost range. When you provide capacity, it checks the practical effect of adding work or replacing unfinished commitments. When details are missing, it identifies the decision needed and drafts a clarification reply without inventing a price or deadline.

You get a reviewable decision packet, a spreadsheet-friendly ledger and a client reply you can adapt before sending. The optional offline Python helper verifies the arithmetic for supported EXTRA tasks; the host agent performs the analysis and drafting.
