Replying to reviews matters, but it is easy to put off, and a rushed reply to a bad review can do more harm than the review itself. Review Desk drafts the replies so you only need to check and paste.
Setup is a handful of questions: business name, type of business, country, which review sites you use, the language for replies, two or three words for your tone, your sign-off, and the published phone or email unhappy customers should use. You can paste a couple of replies you have written so it learns how you sound.
Paste a review (or forward the alert email) and it routes it by stars. 4 and 5 star reviews get a short, specific thank-you plus a shorter alternative. 1 to 3 star reviews get a calm acknowledgement that moves the conversation offline, with no refunds, admissions of fault or medical claims, and an escalation checklist for things like allergic reactions, legal threats or suspected fake reviews. Low star replies are always held for your edit.
When you say a draft does not sound like you, it rewrites it and remembers the correction.
It never logs in to review sites and never posts. You copy the approved reply across yourself.
