Retrato da Semana ("Portrait of the Week") drafts the weekly report of the person who asks for it: what you delivered, where your time went, what is blocked and who it depends on, and a proposed plan for next week.
It reads only what you already have:
- Calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook): accepted meetings, hours and topics
- Sent email (Gmail, Outlook): subjects grouped by theme, requests still unanswered, bounced messages
- Documents (Drive, OneDrive, Notion): files you created or edited
- Tasks (Asana, Trello, Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Todoist, Notion): what you closed
- Git: your commits, grouped by theme
- Optional: time totals you paste from ActivityWatch, RescueTime or Rize
No connectors? It interviews you with three questions and drafts the report from your answers.

Built for the person, not for the boss
- You own the report. Always a draft. It only prepares a message to your manager if you ask, showing recipient and text first; you send it.
- Your week only. It refuses to report on other people, score productivity or rank colleagues.
- Delivery, not presence. The headline number is plan done (delivered ÷ planned). Hours are context, never a grade.
- Metadata only. Event titles, email subjects, file and task names, commit messages, times. It never reads email bodies or document contents unless you ask.
- Nothing invented. Every item cites its source; what could not be confirmed becomes a question.
