Don’t send it. It could go to any VP of Sales, at any company, selling anything. Nothing in it says why you’re writing to this person today. “Boost your team’s efficiency” and “leverage AI to unlock efficiency” are lines that get deleted before the second sentence.

There’s no reason for this VP, this week. No trigger, so no reason to reply.
One question
What happened that made you pick this VP now? A funding round, a new sales hire, a competitor launch, a job posting for more AEs? If the answer is “nothing”, the email can’t be fixed by rewording it.
