RAID: Never Fight Where the Money Wins

A funded competitor wins any contest decided by spend. So don't enter one. RAID is a marketing doctrine for products with no ad budget, and this is its front door: it runs kickoff once, reports what your setup can actually do, and routes the work to the right sub-skill.

The spine of it is a target gate. Before any effort gets committed, the ground has to pass a disproportion test, which asks whether a small input can produce an outsized result here. Ground that fails the test gets refused in writing rather than attempted on hope. Nothing in RAID publishes anything either. It stages a paste block and a human sends it.

At 5,800 words this carries the doctrine, the kickoff sequence, the capability report, the routing table for all ten sub-skills, and the pairing rules that say which skills run together.
