RAID Moment: Ride Attention Already Moving

Manufacturing attention is expensive. Joining attention that's already moving is cheap, and the whole question is whether this particular wave is yours to ride.

This names what to watch for, binds the judgement with three hard rules, and handles the trade that actually decides these calls: speed against verification. Moving fast on an unverified claim is how a moment becomes a retraction, so the skill makes you price the risk rather than feel it.
