RAID Dossier: The Printable Strategy Document

Sometimes you need the whole strategy on paper: for a partner, a contractor, an advisor, or just to read away from the screen. This writes it as one self-contained document, in a fixed section order, formatted to print.

Section 2 is the constraint that makes it trustworthy. Every line comes from somewhere in the pack, and nothing gets added because it would round out the page. Three hard rules enforce that, and the skill opens by distinguishing itself from the daily briefing, which answers a different question.

It closes by naming what it doesn't decide, so a dossier reports the strategy rather than quietly authoring new parts of it.

This is one of the eleven RAID skills. It reads and writes the shared .monkeys/ pack, so it works on its own and works better alongside the rest.
