RAID Campaign: Five Gated Stages

A marketing plan that lists everything at once is a wish. This one determines which of five stages is actually open, writes the campaign file for that stage, and says plainly what has to be true before the next one unlocks.

The gates are the product. A stage that isn't open gets reported as closed along with the specific condition that would open it, which turns an overwhelming plan into one honest next move. There's a delivery check, a refusal path for work that shouldn't happen yet, a section on naming drift when reality has moved away from the plan, and a blocked-on-a-human state for the steps an agent genuinely cannot do.

It reads a sell kit when the pack has one, and writes campaign.md with the stage, the reasoning, what's open now, and what's closed.

This is one of the eleven RAID skills. It reads and writes the shared .monkeys/ pack, so it works on its own and works better alongside the rest.

Where this came from
