RAID Briefing: What to Work On Today

Ask an agent what to work on today and you usually get a plausible list assembled out of nothing. This one is forbidden from fetching. It reads the .monkeys/ pack, the campaign file, prior briefings, and your numbers file, and that is the whole input set.

The output is four blocks, written to a dated file: what moved, what to do today, what's blocked, and what has rotted. Rot detection is the part worth the price. Inputs go stale, and a briefing built on a three-week-old recon file looks exactly as confident as one built on fresh data unless something checks the dates.

Today is capped at three items, by design. A list of eleven things is a list nobody starts.
