RAID Asymmetry: Ground the Incumbent Can't Take

Most competitive positioning lists what rivals do well and then quietly proposes doing the same thing with less money. This finds ground they can't follow you onto, which is usually ground their size or their business model forbids.

It works in ordered steps and writes two sections of the asymmetry pack: Incumbents, and Our ground. Two hard rules bind it, and it ends by naming what it does not decide, so it never pretends to have settled your pricing or your roadmap on the way past.

This is one of the eleven RAID skills. It reads and writes the shared .monkeys/ pack, so it works on its own and works better alongside the rest.
