About this skill
Most lost quotes are not lost to a cheaper firm. They are lost because nobody followed up. Quote Chase Desk makes your agent the person in the office who never forgets.
On first run it asks, one at a time: business name, country and currency, trade, who signs messages, text or email, where your quotes live, your preferred cadence, and whether customers agree to be texted. It can import your open quotes from the last 60 days.
Each morning you get a "due today" list sorted by value. It drafts all due follow-ups as one batch: a check-in at day 2, a scope or options message at day 5, an easy "fancy a quick call?" at day 10 and a friendly close-out at day 14. Quotes that go cold get a light check-in at 30, 60 and 90 days, then close.
The moment a customer replies, follow-ups for that quote stop. The reply is sorted (ready to go, question, not now, gone elsewhere, opt-out) and handed to you with a suggested next step. It never answers price or scope questions itself and never changes your figures.
