Agents tend to start coding the moment you describe a project. This skill makes them size the job first.
How it works
- Small jobs (a script, a small tool, a simple page) are built directly.
- Big jobs get a project notes file with a short header (description, status, related projects, last updated) and a phased plan: what each phase does, the credentials or decisions it needs, and its acceptance criteria.
- No project code is written until you confirm the plan. Phases then run one at a time on your go-ahead, and the notes are updated after each one so any later session can pick up the work.
- If the size is unclear, it asks one question instead of guessing.
Pairs well with Session Handoff and TODO Pool, which use the same notes file.
