    Pressure Review

Example session with this skill installed

Review the completed changes in my current branch against the original task and relevant repository guidance. Look for blockers, scope drift, contract or state risks, and missing verification. Work read-only. For each finding, cite evidence and explain impact; separate confirmed findings from concerns and unknowns.

    Illustrative pressure review

This is a fictional example of how a review can report concerns without presenting unsupported claims as verified findings. No real repository or diff was inspected for this listing.

    Review basis

Inputs needed: the original request, acceptance criteria, changed files, repository guidance, and available test or execution receipts.

    • Review mode: read-only analysis. Do not modify files while reviewing.

    Finding format

    StatusAreaEvidenceImpactSuggested next step
Confirmed findingName the violated requirement or behavior and cite the exact diff location.Quote or link the relevant code and the acceptance criterion.Explain the concrete failure or regression path.Fix within scope, then rerun the check that covers the path.
ConcernState the plausible risk and what evidence is currently missing.Identify the code or boundary that needs closer inspection.Describe what could happen if the concern is real.Gather evidence or ask the owner to decide.
Verification gapName a check that is required or useful but has no result attached.Record the missing command, test, or execution receipt.State what remains unverified.Run the check or document why it cannot run.

    Review summary

A finding should be called a blocker only when the evidence shows that it prevents an acceptance criterion or creates a material regression. If the diff, baseline, or logs do not support a conclusion, report the uncertainty instead of inventing a defect.

    Resolution and recheck

After an authorized fix, confirm that the changed code addresses the finding and rerun the relevant check. Report the actual result; do not treat a suggested or unrun check as passed.

    About this skill

    Pressure Review

Pressure Review examines completed repository changes from an independent, adversarial perspective. It looks for substantiated reasons a change may fail acceptance, while checking every claim against the diff, the agreed requirements, repository state, or execution evidence.

    What it does

    • Looks for defects, boundary misses, contract changes, and meaningful architecture or state risks.
    • Checks whether each finding is supported by a concrete source location or other available evidence.
    • Separates verified findings from concerns, disagreements, and missing evidence.
    • Compares the change with its original scope and acceptance criteria.
    • Helps resolve in-scope findings and identify what needs owner input or further verification.

The review is read-only until a fix is explicitly authorized. It complements functional tests and CI; it does not replace them. Provide a diff or repository anchors and the relevant request or acceptance criteria for the strongest review.
