    About this skill

The emails after payment decide whether a buyer gets a result, asks for a refund, or buys again. This skill builds that sequence — delivery, first quick win, first-result check-in, common-mistake fix, support invite, and only then a review ask — for one product, one platform, and one buyer.

It is not a welcome sequence for new subscribers. It is not an upsell funnel. Every email exists to help a paying buyer succeed with what they already bought.

Ask these five questions before writing anything. If the user already answered one, record it and do not ask again. Do not write emails until Questions 1, 2, and 3 are known; if the user proceeds with gaps, state the defaults you are using.

    1. Product type and price — What was sold, and for how much? Examples: template pack $29, ebook $9, cohort course $199, software preset, recorded workshop, service-in-a-box. How it changes the sequence: Price sets expectations, support depth, and patience. A $9 ebook gets short, warm, low-friction emails. A $199 cohort gets named milestones, office-hour invites, and a later, more personal review ask. Product type sets the first quick win.
    2. Delivery platform — Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, own site / own checkout, or manual delivery (for example WhatsApp or email by hand)? How it changes the sequence: Platform decides what the buyer already received automatically. Never duplicate a platform receipt as if it were your delivery email — build on it. Manual delivery means Day 0 must confirm the file/link arrived and name a human reply path, and timing shifts to the seller's stated delivery window.
    3. First-result milestone — What is the first concrete thing a buyer can finish or see working, ideally within 24 hours? Name it in the buyer's words, not the product's feature list. How it changes the sequence: This milestone is the spine. Day 0 points at it, Day 1 checks it, Day 3 fixes what blocks it, and the review ask is forbidden until a buyer could plausibly have reached it.
    4. Refund / support pain point — What do buyers most often get stuck on, misunderstand, or ask to refund over? If unknown, say so. How it changes the sequence: The known pain becomes the Day 3 common-mistake email and the rescue email in Mode 3. An unknown pain means Day 3 uses the product's most predictable first-use error, and the audit flags the gap.
    5. Existing email tool — Platform built-in email (Gumroad / Lemon Squeezy), an email service provider, plain personal email, or none yet? How it changes the sequence: Tool decides format: automated sequence, scheduled sends, or a manual checklist with copy-paste emails for a small buyer volume. It also decides where unsubscribe and sender identity must be configured — never assume it is automatic.
