Chasing money is the job every tradesperson puts off. Payment Chase Desk turns your agent into a calm, organised credit controller that never sends anything behind your back.

On first run it asks a few questions, one at a time: business name, country and currency, who signs the messages, how customers pay, your terms, email or text, and what you will actually do if a final notice is ignored. Then it keeps every unpaid invoice in one log, ideally a Google Sheet.

Each day it lists the reminders that are due and drafts them as one batch for you to approve, edit or cancel. The default cadence is a friendly nudge 1 day after the due date, firmer at 7 and 14 days, and a final notice at 30, all adjustable. Messages stay polite, quote the invoice number, amount and how to pay, and never threaten anything you have not confirmed or add charges you have not set.

The moment a customer replies or says they have paid, reminders for that invoice stop. Replies are sorted (paid, part paid, promise to pay, payment plan, dispute, question, opt-out) and handed to you with a suggested next step. An invoice is only marked paid when you confirm the money has landed.

Every Monday you get a memo: total outstanding, ageing buckets, top 5 debtors, anything that needs you, and what was paid that week.
