A product's neutrals (page ground, card surface, wells, hairlines and four steps of text) are usually 15 to 30 hex values per theme, picked by eye. They drift, dark mode is a second hand-picked set, and nobody knows which pairs still pass contrast.
This skill has your agent replace them with a formula: each token's lightness is a base plus a step times its position on a ladder, with one ladder per theme. Move an input and the whole ramp moves together, so the contrast gaps survive a retint. Retinting a product takes one line (--hue).
It includes a fit script that reproduces an existing palette within about ΔE 2, and a Playwright audit that checks WCAG floors in a real browser in both themes.
