About this skill
What it does
- Checks the pre-contract information duties and where each item must appear in the funnel.
- Verifies the order confirmation button wording and the no-hidden-cost rule at checkout.
- Builds the withdrawal form and the 14-day right notice, including the exceptions that actually apply.
- Reviews price display, delivery cost transparency and the cookie banner refusal path.
Use cases
- Launching a webshop that will not get a consumer authority letter
- Auditing an existing shop before a marketing push
- Fixing a checkout that hides delivery costs until the last step
- Giving a client a concrete list of what to change
Known limitations
EU and Belgian consumer law, not other markets, and member states add national requirements. Built for GDPR compliance rather than a guarantee of it. Output is a working audit for your own review, not legal advice.
