Nex Real Estate Template

What it does

• Ships real-estate-template.html: a full single-file site with listings grid, property modal with gallery, region and type filters, RealEstateAgent JSON-LD schema, and premium ambience (custom cursor, grain, particles, loader).
• Includes admin.html, a Firebase-authenticated panel where the agent edits listings, uploads photos, and manages content without redeploys.
• property-manager.js handles filtering, state grouping (te koop, te huur, verkocht, verhuurd), and the gallery.
• Locked firestore.rules and storage.rules so listings are never world-writable.

How do listings work without a database?

The template ships with baked-in sample listings for SEO and demos. Once Firebase is wired, the agent manages listings in the admin panel and the grid renders from Firestore.
