Nex Favv Food Pack

What it does

• Walks the FAVV three-level decision tree (registratie, toelating, erkenning) from your activity, product group, and scale, and tells you which status to apply for.
• Produces label checklists with the literal mandatory fields of EU Regulation 1169/2011: the 11 required mentions, the fixed nutrition table order, minimum x-height font sizes, and small-package exemptions.
• Generates HACCP and autocontrole plan structures on the 7 principles, tuned to small producers using approved sector guides like G-044.
• Builds allergen matrices covering the 14 Annex II allergens, usable as a counter or kitchen document for non-prepacked food.
• Encodes the meldingsplicht and recall workflow: block, trace via register UIT, report to the LCE, consumer recall, corrective documentation.
