About this skill
NaCl is an open-source framework for software delivery with Claude Code. Requirements, system specifications, relationships, and delivery evidence live in a user-operated Neo4j project graph.

Workflow
Start with /nacl:init, then use business analysis (ba-*), system specification (sa-*), and delivery (tl-*) skills. /nacl:tl-verify checks specification and implementation evidence. Graph setup and project MCP are separate from archive installation.
Installation
Unzip the complete nacl-claude-code folder directly into ~/.claude/skills/ and start a new Claude Code session. Current Claude Code loads the bundled plugin manifest from the skills directory. Check claude plugin list and claude plugin details nacl. For a host that lacks skills-directory plugin loading, use claude --plugin-dir <absolute-folder-path>. Keep one NaCl installation channel to avoid duplicates.
Requirements and scope
Claude Code with native plugin support, Node.js 20+, and a configured Neo4j project graph/MCP for graph workflows. Local graph setup requires Docker/Compose. Dependencies and selected delivery integrations may require network access. This package targets Claude Code; use the separate NaCl for Codex listing in Codex.
MIT licensed. Source and documentation: https://github.com/ITSalt/NaCl. Archive validation and actual component loading were checked; this Agensi adapter has not yet completed an end-to-end project workflow.
