Example session with this skill installed

Hi! I've been following this for a bit and I've gathered everything you
need. I'm ready to just get the plan — but let me give you the complete
picture first so nothing has to be asked twice.

    ABOUT ME
I'm 34, 5'5", 71 kg right now. Before pregnancy I was 63 kg. My daughter
    is 5 months old.

    DELIVERY & RECOVERY
Vaginal delivery with a 2nd-degree tear, no other complications. Cleared
for exercise at my 6-week check-up — my doctor said everything looks
good. Bleeding stopped around 8 weeks. No leaking when I cough, sneeze,
laugh or jump. No heaviness in the pelvis. No doming or ridge when I sit
up from lying down. No pain anywhere — back, pelvis, hips, wrists, all
    fine. No C-section.

    FEEDING
Exclusively breastfeeding — she feeds about 6 times a day plus 1-2 times
at night. My supply is good, no issues.

HEALTH — EVERYTHING YOU'D WANT TO KNOW

    • Mild anaemia: ferritin was 11 about 6 weeks ago, haemoglobin 10.8. My
doctor started me on ferrous sulphate 325 mg twice daily and is
planning a recheck in 6 weeks.
    • No dizziness on standing, no fainting, no racing heart, no
breathlessness on light effort, no headaches. Just tired — which I
      think is mostly broken sleep.
    • TSH was checked at my 6-week check-up and came back 2.1 — normal. No
      thyroid issues.
    • No PCOS.
    • No diabetes, no gestational diabetes.
    • No high blood pressure, no pre-eclampsia.
    • No high cholesterol.
    • No IBS, no IBD, no coeliac, no lactose intolerance.
    • No kidney or liver issues.
    • No autoimmune conditions.
    • No endometriosis.
    • No history of depression or anxiety. I'm tired but not sad, not
anxious. I'll pass on the EPDS for now — if that changes I'll tell you.

    MEDICATIONS & SUPPLEMENTS

    • Ferrous sulphate 325 mg, twice a day
    • Vitamin D 60,000 IU, weekly
    • A prenatal (contains iron and calcium)
Nothing else. No Ayurvedic, no herbal, no other meds.

    HISTORY
No history of eating disorders, bingeing, strict restriction, or
obsessive tracking. I've never really struggled with weight before. I
gained 18 kg in pregnancy and have lost 10 so far. I just want to feel
    like myself again.

    PERIODS
Haven't returned yet — I know that's normal with exclusive
breastfeeding. No spotting, no bleeding at all right now.

    WHAT I ATE YESTERDAY

    • 8am: 2 idlis with sambar and coconut chutney, 1 cup filter coffee
    • 11am: A banana and 5 almonds
    • 1pm: Rice, dal, rasam, 1 serving of bhindi sabzi, curd
    • 4pm: 2 biscuits with tea
    • 7pm: 2 chapathis with palak paneer
    • 9pm: A glass of milk with turmeric

    MY KITCHEN & HOME
I live in Hyderabad with my husband and my mother (she's here to help).
My mother cooks, but she's happy to make things I ask for. She uses a
pressure cooker daily. We have a fridge, freezer, microwave, blender,
and a gas stove. No oven. No air fryer.

    FOOD PREFERENCES
    We're Telugu-speaking, mostly Andhra-style cooking. Vegetarian household
    — no eggs, no meat. I don't eat onion or garlic on Tuesdays and
Saturdays — family tradition. No nut allergies, no dairy allergies. I
    don't drink alcohol.

    FASTING
I observe Ekadashi once a month — the 11th day of the lunar cycle. On
that day I eat only fruit, milk, sabudana, and sometimes a little curd
rice in the evening. No grains, no pulses, no vegetables. Not a strict
water fast — I drink water and milk freely.

    CAFFEINE & WATER
1 cup filter coffee in the morning, 1 cup tea in the afternoon. About 2
litres of water a day. I could drink more.

    DIGESTION
Yes to constipation — the iron has made it worse. Nothing else.

    SLEEP & SUPPORT
I sleep about 5-6 hours a night, broken into 3-hour chunks because of
feeds. My husband is supportive but travels for work 2 weeks a month. My
mother helps with the baby during the day.

    LOCATION, SEASON & AIR QUALITY
Hyderabad, India. It's October — warm and humid. The air quality is
starting to get bad — AQI around 150-180 some days now that Diwali is
    coming.

    EXERCISE RIGHT NOW
    I don't currently exercise. I have a yoga mat, 2 × 5 kg dumbbells, and a
resistance band. I can do about 30-40 minutes in the morning after her
first feed. There's a park nearby but I'm not going to walk there when
    the AQI is bad.

    BUDGET
Moderate — we spend about ₹8,000-10,000 a week on groceries for 3 adults.

    MY GOAL
I want to get back to around 63 kg eventually. But honestly my #1 goal
is energy — I'm exhausted and I want to feel strong enough to keep up
    with her.

I've answered everything. I don't want more intake questions. Please
build me the full 30-day plan now — the Andhra-style vegetarian meal
plan my mother can cook, weekly grocery lists, the 30-day workout
schedule with indoor options for high-AQI days, and my calorie and macro
numbers. If you think you need something that isn't here, use your best
clinical judgement and note it in the plan. Ready when you are. 💛

    🍼 Your 30-Day Plan — Energy First

    Andhra-style vegetarian · Exclusive breastfeeding · Hyderabad · Indoor-first for high-AQI days

    1. 🩺 Safety Summary

What I've noted from you: 34 years old, 5'5" (≈165 cm), 71 kg now, 63 kg before pregnancy, +18 kg gained and 10 kg already lost. Your daughter is 5 months old. Vaginal birth with a 2nd-degree tear, cleared at your 6-week check-up. Exclusively breastfeeding (6 feeds by day, 1–2 at night). Periods not yet returned.

    ItemStatus
    StageStage 2 — Rebuild (12 weeks – 6 months)
ClearanceCleared for exercise at 6 weeks. No leaking, heaviness, doming, or pain.
Red flagsNone. No dizziness, fainting, palpitations, breathlessness, or headaches.
Conditions accounted forMild anaemia (ferritin 11, Hb 10.8, on ferrous sulphate 325 mg twice daily), constipation from iron, broken sleep (5–6 h). TSH 2.1 (normal).
Calorie floor1,800 kcal (exclusive breastfeeding). Never breached.
DeficitNone this month. See the reasoning below.
Mood screeningEPDS declined for now. Deferred, not forgotten (see §10).

Why no calorie deficit for these 30 days. Three things point the same way:

    1. You're exclusively breastfeeding.
    2. Your ferritin is 11 and still being treated. With anaemia, a deficit is delayed until ferritin improves.
    3. Your main goal is energy.

A quick look at yesterday's food (2 idlis, banana and almonds, rice and dal, biscuits, 2 chapathis, milk) suggests you're eating

well below what an exclusively breastfeeding mother needs. It was also low in protein. That alone can make tiredness worse, so eating enough is the first intervention.

You've already lost 10 kg, and breastfeeding keeps using energy. Your weight may drift down slowly on its own. Fat-loss work (a small deficit of up to 300 kcal) is a

Day 31+ decision, after your ferritin recheck.

Supply Guard: If you ever notice your supply dropping, or your daughter seems fussier at the breast, tell me immediately. We raise calories by 200–300 and pause any deficit for a week. Milk supply outranks fat loss, always.

    2. 📋 Your Profile Snapshot

    • Location / season: Hyderabad, October. Warm and humid, AQI 150–180 on some days, with Diwali approaching.
    • Household: Husband (travels 2 weeks a month), mother who cooks. 3 adults.

Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, microwave, blender, pressure cooker, gas stove. No oven or air fryer.

Every recipe below uses only these.

Food rules: Vegetarian (no eggs, no meat).

No onion or garlic on Tuesdays and Saturdays (marked 🌿). Ekadashi monthly (see §5).

    • Budget: Moderate, ₹8,000–10,000 a week for 3 adults.
    • Time: 30–40 minutes in the morning after the first feed.
    • Equipment: Yoga mat, 2 × 5 kg dumbbells, resistance band.
    • Goal: Energy and strength first. Around 63 kg eventually, with no deadline.

    3. 🎯 Your Numbers

    BMR (Mifflin-St Jeor)(10 × 71) + (6.25 × 165.1) − (5 × 34) − 161 = ≈ 1,411 kcal
TDEE (light activity, ×1.375)≈ 1,940 kcal
    + Exclusive breastfeeding+ 400 → ≈ 2,340 kcal
    Deficit0 (anaemia + breastfeeding + energy goal)
    Daily target≈ 2,300–2,350 kcal
Protein≈ 115–120 g (1.6–1.7 g/kg). This is the hardest number on a vegetarian, egg-free diet, so the plan builds it in. On a tough day, ≥100 g is fine.
    Fat≈ 70–75 g (≈ 28%)
    Carbohydrate≈ 295 g, mostly low-GI and fibre-rich (millets, dal, whole wheat, ragi)
    Fibre30–35 g (helps the constipation)
    Water3.0–3.5 L/day (breastfeeding + humidity). Ramp up from your current 2 L: 2.5 L in week 1, 3 L from week 2.

Daily slot budget (portions in the menus are sized to these, so numbers are approximate):

    SlotTime≈ kcal≈ Protein
    Breakfast8:0050025 g
    Mid-morning + iron #110:302006 g

    Iron #2 + vitamin C fruit5:30601 g
    Dinner7:3053030 g
    Night feed snack + prenatal9:301509 g

If you train before breakfast, have a banana or 2 dates and water first. That small extra is fine.

    4. ⏰ Your Daily Rhythm (Iron, Coffee, Calcium)

This timing is designed around what you told me you take. If your doctor gave different instructions, follow your doctor.

    TimeWhatWhy
On waking1 glass warm waterHydration and gut movement
After first feedTraining (or a walk), after a banana or 2 dates
8:00Breakfast + your filter coffeeCoffee with food, more than 2 hours before iron
10:30Ferrous sulphate #1 with a vitamin C fruit (guava, orange, or papaya)Vitamin C boosts absorption. No milk, curd, tea, or coffee within 1 hour.
1:00Lunch (this is where curd and buttermilk go)
3:30Snack + teaTea is kept at least 2 hours before iron #2
5:30Ferrous sulphate #2 with a small vitamin C fruit or lemon water
    7:30Dinner
9:30Warm milk + your prenatal (it contains calcium and iron)At least 3.5 hours away from iron #2
WeeklyVitamin D 60,000 IU with lunch on your usual dayFat-containing meal helps absorption

    Other iron tricks:

    • Cook in an iron kadai or tawa when you can.
    • Squeeze lemon over dal, greens, and sabzi.
    • Eat thotakura, palak, gongura, and menthi kura (the plan has them nearly daily).
    • Add sesame–jaggery and dates.

Constipation plan (iron makes it worse):

    • Hit the water target.
    • Papaya, guava, and soaked anjeer (figs) or raisins.
    • Ragi, millets, and ghee on dal.
    • Warm water on waking.
    • A footstool under your feet on the toilet, and no straining. Exhale gently instead. This matters for your pelvic floor too, after the 2nd-degree tear.
    • Walk daily.
    • If it persists,

ask your doctor or pharmacist about a stool softener or a fibre supplement. I'm not adding one without sign-off.

    5. 🍽️ 30-Day Diet Plan

    How to read this:

    • Every dish is sized to the slot budget above.
    • Every dish is ≤20 min of active cooking, or batch-cooked in the pressure cooker.
    • Meals are family-friendly. Your mother cooks one meal and you adjust your portions. Nothing needs a separate kitchen.
    • 🌿 = Tuesday or Saturday:

no onion or garlic. Temper with hing (asafoetida), ginger, curry leaves, and green chilli.

    • Day 1 = Monday. Start on Monday 12 October if that suits you. Any Monday works.
    • Every day also includes the 5:30 iron #2 + vitamin C fruit/lemon water (≈ 60 kcal) and water ≥ 3 L.

    Why each meal type helps:

    • Breakfast protein steadies energy.
    • The 10:30 vitamin C fruit pairs with iron, and walnuts add omega-3.
    • Lunch greens and dal supply plant iron and folate.
    • The afternoon pulse snack stops the 4 pm crash.
    • Dinner protein supports overnight repair.
    • Night milk gives calcium and supports supply.

    Phases:

    DaysPhaseFocus
1–7Nourish & StabilizeEat regularly, protein at every meal, iron routine, build the water habit

Week 4 — Momentum ("Greatest Hits")

Each day repeats a favourite menu from weeks 1–3, matched to the same weekday type so your Tuesday/Saturday rule holds. No dinner appears more than twice in the 30 days.

Swap any day for another favourite of the same weekday.

Ekadashi Day (swap in for whichever day it falls on)

You told me the rules: fruit, milk, sabudana, and sometimes curd rice in the evening. No grains, pulses, or vegetables. I've kept to those. Check the date on your calendar, because I haven't assumed it. If you observe it twice a month, tell me and I'll adjust.

    ≈ 2,000–2,100 kcal, ≈ 65–75 g protein. One lower-protein day a month is fine. Please:

    • Keep drinking (water, coconut water, buttermilk). Don't treat it as a food and fluid fast.
    • Do only light movement that day (a stroll or the mobility session).
    • If you feel dizzy or weak, or your supply dips, break the fast earlier. That's okay, and your daughter's feeding comes first.

Use these on your worst days. They still count.

    6. 🛒 Weekly Grocery Lists (3 adults)

Quantities are approximate. Staples you already stock (rice, atta, oil, spices, salt) aren't listed.

Use iodised salt (iodine matters while breastfeeding). The ticket items are paneer, nuts, and fruit. Together this should sit comfortably within ₹8,000–10,000 a week.

    7. 🏋️ 30-Day Workout Schedule

Track B (Established, cleared), started gently. Your body is cleared and symptom-free, but you're anaemic and short on sleep. So we build energy first and intensity second.

Intensity rule: You should be able to

talk but not sing. If you get breathless, dizzy, or have a racing heart, stop. That is a same-day call to your doctor, not something to push through.

    Every session:

    1. 2 min of 360° breathing (hand on belly, feel the ribs widen).
    2. 3 min of mobility (cat-cow, hip circles, thoracic rotation, ankle pumps).
    3. Main work.
    4. 3 min of cool-down: child's pose, happy baby, slow breathing.

    Weekly pattern:

    MonTueWedThuFriSatSun
LowerEasy walkUpper + coreEasy walkFull bodyFlexRest

Minimum day (when your husband is travelling or you're exhausted): 2 min breathing + 10 glute bridges + 10 sit-to-stands + a short walk. Count it as a win.

    Indoor vs Outdoor (AQI)

    AQIWhat to do
    ≤ 100Park walk is fine.
101–150Short easy walk is okay, or stay in. Your call.
    > 150Indoor only.

Check the AQI each morning on SAFAR or the CPCB app. Keep windows closed on the worst days, especially around Diwali fireworks.

    Indoor "walks":

    • Brisk laps through the house.
    • Marching in place with arm swings.
    • Step-touch and side steps.
    • Stair walking, if you have safe stairs.

Use a timer. 20 minutes counts as a 20-minute walk.

⛔ Not Yet (until a pelvic floor physio clears you)

    • Crunches, sit-ups, V-ups, leg raises, Russian twists.
    • Planks (front or side). A lot of "core" content online includes these.
    • Running, jumping, and plyometrics.
    • Anything that causes doming, bulging, leaking, heaviness, or pain. Stop, and go back one week.

You're doing nothing wrong by skipping these. Your doctor's clearance is real, but a

pelvic floor physiotherapist can unlock planks and running with a proper assessment. This matters after a 2nd-degree tear. In Hyderabad, search "women's health physiotherapist" or "pelvic floor physiotherapy". Many hospital physiotherapy departments offer it, and your OB-GYN can refer you.

    🚩 Stop-Signs Card

Stop and rest if you feel: pain, dizziness, leaking, heaviness, doming, a racing heart, or increasing bleeding. Breathlessness on light effort is not normal. Tell your doctor the same day.

    8. 📅 Weekly Check-In Calendar

On Days 7, 14, 21, and 28, come back and tell me:

    1. Energy: 1–10, how was this week?
    2. Adherence: Which meals and workouts did you actually do? Which did you skip?
    3. Milk supply: More, same, or less?
    4. Body signals: Any pain, leaking, heaviness, doming, or discomfort? (Include constipation.)
    5. Mood: How are you feeling in yourself?
    6. Obstacles: What got in the way?

    How I'll adapt:

    • Energy ≤ 4/10 → +150–200 kcal and 30% less training.
    • Supply dropping → +200–300 kcal, pause everything else.
    • Low adherence → simplify to fewer meals and no-cook options.
    • Mood sliding → habit mode and a referral.

Optional tracking (only if you want it): A weekly weigh-in (same day, same time, before food) and a daily energy rating. The scale moves with milk volume, hydration, salt, and hormones. A single number is not a verdict. Energy and strength are your real scoreboard.

    9. 🔁 What's Next (Day 31+)

Once you have your ferritin recheck, send me the result. Then we'll choose:

Days 31–60: Define. Stronger resistance work, and only if your ferritin has improved, a small deficit of up to 300 kcal (floor 1,800).

    • Two add-ons that fit you:
      • Vegetarian Nutrition Protocol: B12, iron, and protein on an egg-free diet.
      • Breastfeeding-Safe Fat Loss Protocol: supply-first fat loss.

    10. 🩺 Things to Raise With Your Doctor

B12 level. You're vegetarian, breastfeeding, and anaemic. Ferritin and Hb were checked but B12 wasn't mentioned. It's an easy test and a common hidden cause of fatigue.
    2.

Your iron routine. Your prenatal also contains iron, on top of ferrous sulphate twice a day. Ask whether the total is right. Some doctors prefer alternate-day dosing, which is gentler on the gut.
    3. Constipation. Ask whether a stool softener or fibre supplement is appropriate.
    4. Ferritin recheck date. And how long to continue the vitamin D course.
    5.

DHA. It's hard to get on a vegetarian diet. Ask whether an algae-based supplement is worth it for you. I'm not adding one without sign-off.
    6. Pelvic floor physiotherapy for unlocking planks and running later (see §7).

    🚨 Red Flag Card (fridge-ready)

    Same-day or emergency care for:

    • Heavy bleeding or bleeding that returns, foul discharge, fever over 38°C.
    • Calf pain, swelling, or redness.
    • Chest pain, breathlessness, or a racing or pounding heart.
    • Severe headache, vision changes, or sudden swelling of face or hands.
    • Red, hot, painful breast with flu-like symptoms.
    • Fainting, or dizziness that doesn't settle.
    • Any thought of harming yourself or your baby.

If your mood ever changes (hopelessness, anxiety, intrusive thoughts), tell me and I'll offer the EPDS screening again, or reach out directly:

    • AASRA: +91-9820466726
    • iCall: +91-9152987821
    • Vandrevala: 1860-2662-345

    11. 📝 Caveats and Assumptions (logged)

    • EPDS: Declined by you for now. You said you'd tell me if things change. Standing offer.

Pelvic floor screen: You answered "no" on leaking, heaviness, doming, and pain. I didn't have an explicit answer on

pain with bowel movements or intimacy, or on the finger-width of any gap. I assumed none. If either applies, tell me, and see a women's health physiotherapist before we add core work.

Activity multiplier: I used 1.375 (light) because you don't currently exercise. Calories may be adjusted at check-ins.

    • Protein: Egg-free vegetarian makes 115 g tough. Portions are sized for it, but ≥100 g is fine.
    • Ekadashi dates and any second monthly fast: not assumed.
    • Food costs: estimated, not priced locally.

    12. 💛 A Note for You

You grew and fed a baby, you've lost 10 kg, and you're still feeding her every few hours on 5–6 hours of broken sleep. Being exhausted doesn't mean you're doing it wrong. Your plate was simply asking for more. For the next 30 days the job is to eat enough, take the iron properly, move a little, and protect your rest. The body goal can wait until your energy is back. You're not behind. You're recovering.

    ⚠️

Important: Mummy Tummy Tucker provides general nutrition and movement education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor, midwife, pelvic floor physiotherapist, or registered dietitian before starting any postpartum diet or exercise program — especially if you are breastfeeding, had a C-section, have a pre-existing condition, or are experiencing pain or unusual symptoms. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, leaking, heaviness, or increasing bleeding, and seek medical care.

Connects securely to your tools. The creator never sees your data.

    About this skill

The postpartum weight loss skill that puts safety before aesthetics.

The problem: Most postpartum weight loss advice is either dangerously aggressive or uselessly generic. New mothers are told to "bounce back" without any screening for C-section recovery, diastasis recti, anaemia, breastfeeding supply, or postpartum depression. The result is injury, guilt, and plans that fail.

The solution: Mummy Tummy Tucker is a Claude Skill that acts like a clinically-informed postpartum coach. It runs a 7-batch intake covering obstetric history, pre-existing conditions, pelvic floor symptoms, mental health (EPDS), eating patterns, kitchen reality, location, culture, and fasting practices — before generating a single calorie target.

    What it does

Screens first. Red flags (heavy bleeding, DVT symptoms, post-eclampsia signs, self-harm ideation) trigger an immediate halt-and-refer, with location-specific crisis lines.

Protects milk supply. Breastfeeding mothers get a +400 kcal adjustment, a hard 1,800 kcal floor, and a mandatory "Supply Guard" — if supply drops, calories go up and the deficit pauses immediately.

Adapts to real life. Andhra-style meals for a mother in Hyderabad. No-oven recipes for a kitchen without one. Indoor alternatives for AQI above 150. Ekadashi adjustments. Tuesday/Saturday no-onion-garlic days. Ramadan and Navratri fasting protocols.

Handles complex health profiles. PCOS (low-GI, cycle-synced training), hypothyroidism (lower deficit, thyroxine timing guidance), anaemia (iron pairing, no deficit until ferritin recovers), C-section recovery (scar-aware, PFPT referral), and disordered eating history (habit-based mode — no numbers at all).

Generates a full 30-day plan. Day-by-day meals with macros, prep time, and "why this helps postpartum." A 30-day workout schedule phased from breath-work to full-body circuits. Weekly grocery lists. Bad-day backups. Red-flag card. Weekly check-ins with automatic plan adaptation.

Offers expansion modules. PCOS Postpartum Protocol, Thyroid Postpartum Protocol, Breastfeeding-Safe Fat Loss Protocol, Vegetarian Nutrition Protocol, Return-to-Running Protocol, and 15 more.

Who it's for: New mothers 6+ weeks postpartum who want to regain energy, strength, and shape — safely. Particularly valuable for mothers with pre-existing conditions, breastfeeding mothers, and mothers in non-Western cultural contexts where generic plans fail.

Who it's not for: Anyone less than 6 weeks postpartum without medical clearance. Anyone seeking a crash diet or a "bounce back" timeline.

What makes it different: It refuses to generate a plan until it has screened. It names specific professionals (pelvic floor physiotherapist, endocrinologist, health visitor) rather than saying "see a doctor." It uses warm, non-shaming language and never says "cheat meal" or "bounce back." And it adapts to the user's actual kitchen, culture, budget, and climate — not a Western template.
